Downtown

I’d like to move out. Somewhere close to the subway…

Toboggan Flats provides downtown living at rates lower than standard downtown apartment rentals.

Connected

I look for transit and what I’m close to. A lively neighbourhood around restaurants and other friends…

Toboggan Flats is a community. A place to connect with people in real life, where your neighbourhood is your floor.

Affordable

If we could afford it, we’d definitely be moving out…

Toboggan Flats is an affordable housing solution for young people in Canada ready to launch.

Amenities

Amenities are very important for me…

Toboggan Flats provides brand new furnished and self-contained rooms with wifi, security — and cleaning!

Community

When family is not around, having a community matters a lot.

Toboggan Flats is a safe place to land. And we believe we are all better together!

Sustainable

“I want to be in a place where everything I need is just 15 minutes away.”

Toboggan Flats is a perfect way to live and leave a light touch on the planet.
