Sharing means we can offer affordable desirable amenities, such as laundry facilities right down the hall, high-speed internet, bathroom and common cleaning services, and 24/7 on-site community building staff, all included in the monthly membership fee. Members get the comforts of home without the hassle of maintenance.

Single units will be about 175 square feet. An all-in monthly fee of approximately $1300*.

Double units (shared between either a couple or two roommates) will be 250 square feet with a monthly fee of approximately $2300.
